According to this article foreclosures can be stopped. I attended the National Association of Realtor's conference a couple of weeks ago and based on what Chief Economist Lawrence Yun presented unless we create new jobs at the rate of 100,000 jobs per month it will take us more than six years to recover from our current plight.
